As great wine lovers, we want to share this passion with you. In our wine cellar we keep quality labels made mainly in the Veneto region-such as Bakari's Pinot Grigio, Villa Calicantus' Bardolino Classico, Superiore and Riserva, Tenuta Sant'Antonio's Garganega Chardonnay, Garganuda's Valpolicella Classico-but also in Lombardy-for example, Colle del Bricco's Riesling-and Sicily-Vignedimare's Malvasia Abissale.
In addition, we will let you taste different types of grappa, typical cheeses and the oil produced from our olives by a trusted oil mill. At breakfast, on the other hand, we will offer you homemade jams of peaches, apricots, strawberries and plums made from the fruits harvested in the fields of Bussolengo and Rigoni di Asiago's classic and white Nocciolata.
We believe in the value and in the quality of the products of our territory. For this reason we use locally produced or homemade ingredients. Olive oils, jams, ginger liquor, Limoncello del Garda, as well as Massimo Lunardon’s handcrafted Murano glasses and pitchers can be purchased directly at the hotel.
